All consultations should be paid in advance to secure your booking.

to change the date of the consultation, both parties please allow at least 24 hours -where it is possible - to re-book; Booking can be changed twice before I issue a full-value gift card.

In case of cancellation from either side, I will provide a full-value gift card/voucher. No cash value!
Late turn-up will result in less time to consult, which will reduce the quality of service I can provide. More than 1/3 late of the session's length will count as a full session with no re-booking option.
No turn-up and/or no previous email communication about any changes result in a full payment used and you need to make a new booking (no re-booking option).
